Features
- Display running or static goal. Keep track of actual count. Display Deviation (Goal Actual). Display Efficiency Percent (Goal/Deviation*100). Set any TAKT Time from 1 second to 99 hours. Display the actual time required to build an item. Set warning times to operate Green, Yellow and/or Red Andon indicators. Store up to 3 complete setups for different products on the same line. Add optional Andon lights to indicate ahead of or behind the target times or target counts. Add optional beepers and/or warning indicators to alert workers and or supervisors.
