RS232 to RS422 converter module with one DB-9 and 2 RJ45 jacks and power supply connection in a plastic enclosure.

Features

Transmit serial data for 1000ft or more over CAT-5 cable.Converts RS232 to RS422.Converts RS422 to RS232.Baud rates up to 115,200. (Baud rate may be limited by distance).Power from either end. Transmits power and data over CAT-5.Uses the TD, RD and SG signals of the RS232.RTS and CTS are not used.
