Our Take-A-Turn systems provide your customers with a fair and organized way to wait for assistance. They can continue to browse while waiting, without the need to defend their place in line. Our systems can also support several lines. If you provide different services through different windows, we can provide one system to manage them all. These system are also referred to as take a number systems, takeaturn, q-matic, clear-q, and take-a-ticket systems. We can provide you with the take a number tickets, the take number dispenser, and either a floor or wall stand. These customer service and queuing systems provide you with true customer flow management.
The standard take-a-turn packages include a display, controller, ticket dispenser, and tickets. Customers can take a ticket and wait for their number to be called. When a staff member is ready to service the next customer, he or she would press a button, which advances the display to the next number. Displays are available in two and three digits, and in digit heights of 2.5", 5", 7", 10", and larger. Additional buttons can be added for advancing the now serving display. The buttons can be hard wired to the controller, or communicate with the controller wirelessly.
Each display will have 1 or 2 lines to show the next one or two persons to be served.
Each line will have the following:
When the number for the next person to be served appears in the display, a chime will sound. The number will remain in the display for a programmable amount of time ( typically 5 or 10 seconds). The service is a Dot Matrix red LED display with 4" high characters. The customer number and posting are 5" high numeric digits.
User programmable option:
The number for current person being served for each of the services will cycle through the display when a new number is not being displayed.
Each terminal will display the number currently being served for the selected service. The terminal displays the ticket number called. The service button selects which service to accept.
The Close / Open button enables or disables the terminal from accepting customers. When the terminal is closed, services are automatically diverted to other terminals. Each workstation terminal includes an LCD display and a set of controls.
The attendant operating the printer selects the service. Simply turn the knob to the desired service and press print. A ticket is automatically printed with the following information:
The recall button permits a number to be re-entered into the queue if a number was called but the customer did not respond. The number can be re-entered either at the beginning or at the end (programmable) of the queue.
The system is easy to install. All components connect together using standard modular phone and data connectors.
