The Alzatex Queuing System is designed to assist a chairperson in conducting orderly meetings. As speakers' names are placed in queue, their names will appear on an VFD display. Each speaker will be called in turn as indicated by the VFD Display. A second LCD display in the control room permits him/her to pre-focus the camera on the next speaker for a more professional live or recorded video broadcast. The picture to the left shows several queuing stations mounted at the base of the microphones. The chairperson's VFD Display is visible in the center of the picture.
The Alzatex Voting System is useful in city council, planning commission or anywhere a number of persons may be voting on various issues. The voting system provides a secret ballot electronically. Once everyone has voted, the results are displayed on a large wall display.
The Alzatex Queuing System can be combined with the Alzatex Voting System to form an integrated Queuing/Voting System.

In the above picture you can see the queuing stations with Audio-Technica brand 19" gooseneck microphones. Also, you see the queuing system remote LCD display that the chairperson uses and the Red-Yellow-Green indicator unit used by the count up/down timer.
At least one Queuing/Voting Station Controller is required per system. Queuing/Voting Station Controller. Up to 64 queuing stations may be connected to the Queuing/Voting System. One Controller is required per 16 queuing stations. Up to 4 que119a modules can be installed in one system. The queuing stations connect directly to the queuing station controller. The data jack on the queuing station controller connects to the queuing system master control, voting system controller and displays. Any combination of portable and Counter Top Mounted queuing stations may be used. When using the queuing system also as a voting system, it is best to use the 8 channel relay module. The single channel modules will work, but the relay is connected to the TALK/YES lamp. The relay will click on along with the TALK/YES lamp.
Here are some choices for voting / request to speak stations.
Use the following modules as the mute relays if you do not use queuing stations with built in mute relays. If you are installing a combo queuing/voting system, use the 2, 4 or 8 channel relay modules rather than the individual relay modules. The multi-channel relay modules are microprocessor controlled. On the individual relay module, the relay is connected directly to the talk lamp.
Choose one of the following microphone shock mounts for each of the Counter Top Mounted queuing stations. The Astatic model has a built in XLR connector and connecting wire. The Audio Technica model has standard threads. You may screw your own XLR connector onto the base or screw a boom directly to the base.
Queuing Station Master Control. The Queuing Station Master Control serves two purposes.
This unit is installed in the equipment rack used by the camera operator. One Controller is required per system.
One queuing station master control is required per system. This unit is required with the queuing system. A PC keyboard connects to this unit for programming. The DATA-1 port on this unit connects to the Queuing/Voting station controller. The DATA-2 port on this unit connects to the video title maker and to the remote LCD display(s). The que115ctl is used with the que521pgm.
One PC keyboard is required per queuing system. If you prefer, you may provide your own PS-2 style keyboard.
The Moderator's control panel with remote LCD display. This unit displays exactly the same information as the queuing system master control unit. This panel shows the status of each queuing station. Also, the moderator can request people to speak or cancel any request to speak.
The remote displays, display exactly the same information as the queuing system master control unit. Any number of remote LCD displays may be installed. The chairperson, clerk, camera operator, or others may wish to have an LCD display. The queuing system master control unit also serves as an LCD display.
If you want to display the names of the speakers and/or the vote results on the transmitted or recorded video, you will need to include this video title maker. The video title maker connects directly to the queuing system master control unit. Connect the video input and output to the video system.
Voting System main equipment. One Voting System controller is required per system if you need voting capability. The Voting System controller enables the vote mode and displays a summary of the vote results. This unit also displays the voting progress. As each person votes the count is decremented by one. When the count reaches zero, the vote results button may be pressed to display the vote result on the display(s). This unit connects to the DATA port on the queuing station controller.
Choose one or more voting system mini-displays that you will need. Each display consists of a Red, Green and Blue display for each person voting.
Call us about customized large wall displays that display individual vote results. These displays will show the vote result of each individual member that votes. It displays the yes, no or abstain result of each person that voted on a large 20 inch by 32 inch oak wall display. Choose the size of voting system display that you will need. Each display consists of a Red, Green and Blue display for each person voting. You will also need a power supply to power the voting system display.
Countup/down Timer. The count up/down timer is used to time the speakers so that each person is given an equal allotment of time. One or more count up/down timers is recommended per system.
Red-Yellow-Green Indicator Unit. The Red-Yellow-Green Indicator Unit is a visual display to the user as to the amount of time remaining to speak. This unit is connected to the count up/down timer.
Large LED display. This unit is connected to the count down timer. It displays the time remaining in minutes and seconds. This display is available in several sizes.
