They can be used for count down timing, count up timing, or for counting events. The start/stop or event triggers can be tied to an optical sensor, hard-wired 3 button remote, wireless 3 button remote, or RS232 input. It is not uncommon to see productivity improvements from 25 percent to 200 percent simply because the workers can observe their progress on a large display.
The Alzatex Production Monitoring System is designed to monitor the productivity levels of equipment used in the manufacture of products. The data logger records an entry in a log file each time a machine is stopped or started. Also, the productivity is recorded in the log file. This productivity may be feet of material processed, number of parts created or processed, or any appropriate measurement of productivity.

Easy to Use:
- Plug the TAKT timer controller into the large LED display using Cat-5 cable.
- Plug the TAKT timer controller into the machine output or manual buttons using RJ-11 phone cord.
- Set the TAKT time to the desired time.
- Press the RUN button to start production tracking. The TAKT timer starts running and the down timer is paused.
- Press the PAUSE button to pause production tracking as in machine down. The TAKT timer is paused and the down timer is started.
- Press the STOPPED button to stop production tracking as in lunch break or end of shift. Both the TAKT timer and the down timer is paused.
- Optionally, the RUN, PAUSE and STOPPED functions can be automated with the addition of a TMR231A time clock.
- To save the data, insert an SD memory card into the DC117A and press the Copy to SD button. Remove the SD card and insert it into your PC.
