Record actual production rate in units-per-hour or units-per-minute. Also record actual production count, user-settable production rate and production goal, deviation and actual rate outputs.

Analyzing and Improving productivity.
This unit has three warning indicators referred to as Yellow Blink, Yellow Warning and Red Warning.
These warnings can be used to indicate whether the actual rate is faster or slower than the goal rate and determine whether there is a problem with production or whether a particular operator is slower or faster than the goal rate.
The production workers can observe the Green-Yellow-Red Andon Indicators to determine whether they are ahead or behind the expected rate.
Static/Shift or Running Goal Modes.
The Production TimeKeeper™ provides two different methods for management of Goal values:
Types of Data Output.
- Running or static goal
- Actual Production Count
- Deviation (Goal – Actual)
- Rate in units-per-hour
- Rate in units-per-minute
Optional Production Displays.
- This is available as a four-digit Display with 5" high digits in a metal enclosure.
- This Display also includes a four or six-digit Display with 1" high digits.
