The meeting TimeKeeper™ packages are for timing speaker's testimonies, debates, or presentations. They can be programmed for up to 99 minutes. The three-light display indicates green for "talk", yellow for "wrap it up", and red for "you're done". Options include the programmable presets, Displays of several sizes, and beepers. For most packages the color options are black or almond. For packages that include Displays, the default Display style is black metal, and options include oak, or oak ends.

The packages listed here have four digits and are either 1", 2-1/3", 5" or 7" high, but we can provide four to eight digits, and in sizes from 2-1/3" to 36" in height. The default Display color is red. Other colors and sizes are available as options. The Alzatex, Inc. Queuing System is designed to assist the chairperson in conductiong orderly meetings including City Council, County Commissioners, School Board, or any Corporate Conference room environment with multiple speakers. In addition, the audiovisual transition from one speaker to another will be smoother for live broadcast or video recording. The Count Down Timer accessory will accurately time each speaker, so each speaker will be given an equal allotment of time.

We provide timing packages which can synchronize all of your clocks to a single clock, and if needed that digital Master Clock system can be automatically synchronized to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Atomic clock in Boulder Colorado. These systems maintain the correct time even if the internet connection is lost. A UPS is recommended to maintain continous power.
