Help eliminate waste in your value stream by tracking the productivity of your work cells with our very flexible Lean Manufacturing packages. They can be used for count down timing, count up timing, or for counting events. The start, stop or event triggers can be tied to optical sensors, hard-wired or wireless 3-button remotes, or RS232 inputs. The RS232 interface allows connections to a computer or other RS232 serial port-enabled devices. It is not uncommon to see productivity improvements from 25 percent to 200 percent simply because the workers can observe their progress on a large display. The packages listed here have four or six digits, with digit heights of 2-1/3" or 5". Also available are Displays with two to sixteen digits in digit heights of 1" to 36". The default Display color is red. Tri-Color or other colors are available as options. All systems are user-configurable. All production data can be recorded onto an SD Memory card which can then be copied to a computer. Please call for details.
