Help eliminate waste in your value stream by tracking the productivity of your work cells with our Lean Manufacturing packages. Our packages are very flexible. They can be used for count down timing, count up timing, or for counting events. The start, stop or event triggers can be tied to an optical sensor, hard-wired 3 button remote, wireless 3 button remote, or RS232 input. The RS232 interface allows for connecting to a computer, or any other device having an RS232 serial port. The packages listed here have four digits and are either 1", 2-1/3", 5" or 7" high, but we can provide four to eight digits, and in sizes from 2-1/3" to 36" in height. The default Display color is red. Other colors and sizes are available as options. All systems are user-configurable for the buttons to perform Start/Stop/Reset for timing, or Up/Down/Reset for counting. Please call for details.
